Accomplished cook Giovanni Castrignano graduated as a master chef from the
Rome International Chef's School in 1989 and has owned and managed several
restaurants here and overseas.
He has cooked in Naples, Rome, Cost Rica, Newark, Florida and Miami for luminaries
such as Bruce Willis, Demi Moore and Sylvester Stallone.
Giovanni has been cooking recipes handed down from his grandfather since he was 14.
His traditional tomato-based Napoli sauce is cooked slowly for eight hours
and the recipe remains close to his heart.
At Giovanni's, you can expect quality food at reasonable prices, as well as fast service.
In recognition of his Italian culinary skills, Giovanni Castrignano is invited to
demonstrate the art of Italian cooking at culinary events such as The Festival of The Olives,
where top Sydney-city, local and regional expert chefs, demonstrate their skills.
